Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy explains how we use personal information sent to us through this website.
Who we are
Celtic Garage LTD is responsible for the personal information described here. Our workshop is at 18 Market St, Tramore, Co. Waterford, X91 YX74, Ireland. For any question about your information, or to use your rights, phone us on 083 081 1755.
What we collect and why
When you request a callback, the form sends us:
- your name and phone number;
- the service you chose and your comment, if you add them;
- your agreement to be contacted about this enquiry;
- the page you first opened on our website and any campaign tags in its address (such as utm_source), if present;
- the date and time of the request and a reference number.
We use these details only to phone you back about your enquiry and any work you ask us about, because you asked us to contact you (steps before an agreement for work, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Campaign tags show us which links bring enquiries, which is in our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don’t add your details to a mailing list or use them for marketing, and we don’t use them for automated decisions. Please don’t include sensitive information, such as health details, in the comment.
You don’t have to use the form: you can phone us instead. We need your name and phone number to call you back.
How your request reaches us
- This website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit, Vercel processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, to deliver the website and keep it secure.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being used by a person, not an automated program. It runs on pages that show the form and processes technical information about your browser and device, including your IP address. It does not receive your name, phone number or comment.
- When you send the form, our website passes your request through the Telegram Bot API to a private Telegram chat. Only the owner of Celtic Garage has access to that chat. Telegram stores the message as part of its messaging service.
Our website does not keep its own copy of your request. Vercel, Cloudflare and Telegram are separate companies with their own privacy policies: Vercel, Cloudflare Turnstile and Telegram. Some of them are based outside the European Economic Area, so your information may be processed outside it. We don’t sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep callback requests in our Telegram chat for 90 days, then delete them. Hosting and security providers may keep technical logs for a limited time under their own policies.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, and in some cases ask us to restrict its use or move it to another provider. Phone us on 083 081 1755. You can also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
